Growing up as an Air Force brat, Kate learned the importance of adaptability, integrity, and connection—values that now shape how she works with clients in land acquisitions and sales. Before entering the real estate industry, Kate earned her bachelors degree in Business Management and Speech Pathology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, combining strategic thinking with clear, effective communication. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Kate specializes in helping clients buy and sell land with confidence and ease. Kate is passionate about building lasting relationships, understanding each client’s unique goals, and making every step of the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Jennifer grew up in Indiana and earned her Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University, where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, systems, and data analysis. That analytical mindset naturally drew her to the world of real estate, where she’s spent the past eight years immersed in the numbers, strategy, and structure behind buying and selling land and multifamily investments. Now based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Jennifer brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping others. She thrives on continuous learning and is dedicated to giving back—both to her clients and to the community around her.
